    Get PDF
Intra-Organizational learning and knowledge management has increasingly becomes a subject of extreme importance as organizations round the globe are working on increasing their productive efficiency through continuously working on their human and intellectual capital. The core focus of this paper is to take into account the core issues that hamper and accelerate the process of knowledge generation, codification, retention and transfer within an organization. The role of social networking, individual relationships, experiencing, multi-tasking are the focal areas that have been taken into consideration while studying the knowledge management process at different levels within an organization

The Structural Multiple and Information Satisfied Mixture of XML

Perhaps the order of the most relevant results for the question and return to the most common form of XML query processing. To solve this problem, we first propose an elegant query release framework that supports approximate XML data queries. The solutions that underpin this framework are not forced to strictly conform to the specified query format, but may be based on attributes that cannot be inferred in the original query. However, the current proposals do not take sufficient account of structures, nor do they have the power to combine structures and content neatly to answer relaxation questions. Within our solution we divide nodes into two groups: categorization attribute contracts and statistical attribute nodes. We continue to use a comprehensive set of experience to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach in terms of accuracy and the restoration of benchmarks. In practical applications, it is often impossible to query XML data because the hierarchical structure of XML documents can be heterogeneous, so any misunderstanding of the document structure can certainly increase the risk of formulating unsatisfactory queries. This is really difficult, especially given the fact that such queries lead to empty solutions, although there are no translation errors. In addition, we propose an evidence-based acyclic graph that generates and regulates the relaxation of the structure and develops an inefficient assessment coefficient to evaluate the relationship of structure similarity. We are therefore developing a new top-to-search approach that can intelligently create promising solutions in a ranking-related order

Investigating Relationships between locus of control and Emotional Intelligence on Reading Comprehension of Indian ESL Learners at Aligarh Muslim University

In recent years, locus of control and emotional intelligence abilities have increasingly attained attention in research correlated to students' achievement. A various body of educational study has reported the significance of locus of control ability and the constructive influence of locus of control and emotional intelligence on learners’ achievement. This study explored the predictability of locus of control and emotional intelligence (reality testing, social responsibility, Assertiveness) on reading comprehension. 200 Indian ESL learners participated in the study. For data collection, an emotional intelligence questionnaire (Bar-On's EQ-itest"), locus of control questionnaire (Levenson Multidimensional locus of control scale) and a version of TOEFL reading comprehension test (TOEFL, 2010) were used. The data were analyzed by using path analysis and Pearson correlation. The results of the study indicated that reading score has the highest positive correlation with reality testing (r = .31, p< 0.05), and the lowest correlation with Assertiveness (r = .05, p>0.05). In addition, there is a weak positive significant relationship between reading score and locus of control (r = .29, p<.05). Hence, emotional intelligence is better predictor for reading comprehension. Current study has focused on only three factor of emotional intelligence (reality testing, social responsibility, Assertiveness) which had the highest correlations with other skills like speaking

Pengaruh Permainan Tradisional Pecle Terhadap Kekuatan Menendang Bola Di SDN Leuwipicung

There are various types of sports, one of which is soccer. Almost all people in the world know this sport, even though they don't like it or don't play it, at least most people in the world know this type of sport. The goal of soccer is to score as many goals as possible against the opponent's goal. To be able to score a goal must be able to kick the ball well. To improve students' kicking skills, the way to do this is by using the traditional game of pecle. The goal to be achieved is to determine the effect of the traditional pecle game on the kick strength of students who take part in soccer extracurriculars at SDN Leuwipicung. In this study, the researchers used a quasi-experimental posttest only control group design. The population in this study were 25 students of SD Negeri Leuwipicung who took part in extracurricular football. In this study, the researchers used a saturated sampling technique because the population was less than 30 people. Data were obtained using interviews, observation, practical tests and documentation. The test used is kicking for distance from warner test of soccer skill. The results of the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha with the result of 0.153. That way the reliability test gets reliable results because the Alpha value > 0.60. Based on the results obtained, the results of the research on the traditional game of pecle have an effect on kicking power in soccer. &nbsp

Design of Solar-Biomass-Biogas Based Hybrid System for Rural Electrification with Environmental Benefits

After so many years of independence, India still has many villages that are not electrified or grid supply is rarely available. However, there is a lot of scope of tapping the renewable energy resources for power generation at these locations. In the present investigation, optimal design of hybrid power system by utilizing locally available renewable energy resources like solar, biomass and biogas has been carried out and presented. Four different configurations have been compared on the basis of techno-economic evaluation. The proposed model has least net present cost (NPC), cost of energy (COE) and negligible green house gas emission

Continues field monitoring and searching sensor data remains an imminent element emphasizes the influence of the Internet of Things (IoT). Most of the existing systems are concede spatial coordinates or semantic keywords to retrieve the entail data, which are not comprehensive constraints because of sensor cohesion, unique localization haphazardness. To address this issue, we propose deep-learning-inspired sensor-rank consolidation (DLi-SRC) system that enables 3-set of algorithms. First, sensor cohesion algorithm based on Lyapunov approach to accelerate sensor stability. Second, sensor unique localization algorithm based on rank-inferior measurement index to avoid redundancy data and data loss. Third, a heuristic directive algorithm to improve entail data search efficiency, which returns appropriate ranked sensor results as per searching specifications. We examined thorough simulations to describe the DLi-SRC effectiveness. The outcomes reveal that our approach has significant performance gain, such as search efficiency, service quality, sensor existence rate enhancement by 91%, and sensor energy gain by 49% than benchmark standard approaches
